About us La Torcia Brick Oven Pizza opened our first location's doors in 2004. We wanted to offer you, our guests, a family friendly place to order a super product where you could dine in, let us do the cooking and clean up the mess for you! We strive to offer a delicious variety of menu items that will satisfy the whole family as well as being the best product on the market. We can do this by constantly testing our product, listening to our guests and making changes where needed. Our goal is to satisfy each and every person that walks through our doors with as close to 100% quality satisfaction, both in service and product, as we possibly can. SERVER:

Your responsibilities are to give a great experience to our Guests! We want friendly people that go above and beyond! Take and process guests' orders in a timely fashion

• Memorize drink and dessert menu for on-demand recitation
• Up-sell desserts and drinks as appropriate for individual guests and parties
• Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking
• Maintain a fine dining atmosphere and handle guest complaints/requests quickly Server skills
• 2+ years waitstaff experience
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
• At least one positive reference from previous employer (hospitality industry preferable)
• Comfort with Aloha software a plus
• Neat, well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work well under intense time pressure
• Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
