Job Description
Rein Sushi & Hibachi is looking for friendly, hardworking Servers to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately using our POS system. Serve food and beverages quickly and professionally. Answer menu questions and make recommendations. Upsell menu items and daily specials. Keep tables clean and organized throughout the meal. Process payments accurately. Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to provide excellent service. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Help with opening, closing, and side work as assigned. Qualifications Restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person. Friendly, reliable, and professional. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to multitask in a busy environment. Basic math and cash handling skills. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team player with a positive attitude.
