Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained at all times Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently during shifts Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns professionally Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards Support team members with opening or closing duties as required in a fast-paced environment Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems for order processing and reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to handle food safely with proper sanitation practices and food handling procedures Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting accurately Previous experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess roles or food industry positions is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
