[$12.15/hr + tips] About Us The Grill at Desert Canyon Golf Club is being rebuilt from the ground up. We're moving to a tighter, chef-driven menu made fresh, never frozen, with local ingredients, while keeping the classic clubhouse favorites our golfers love. We want The Grill to be a place people visit for the food, not just because they finished their round. What You'll Do Greet guests, take orders, and guide them through the menu and drink specials Know the menu well, including ingredients, allergens, and recommendations Enter orders accurately in Toast and handle payments Serve food and drinks promptly, and check back to make sure the experience is right Keep your section, side work, and service areas clean and stocked Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and food runners to keep service moving Serve alcohol responsibly and check IDs What We're Looking For 1+ year of serving experience (golf club, country club, or upscale casual a plus) Friendly, professional, and good at reading guests Able to stay organized and calm during the post-round rush Toast POS experience a plus Arizona Title 4 certification, or willing to get it Food handler card, or willing to get one within 30 days Available [weekends / mornings / days].
