Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with clear communication. Expedite food from the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery to tables. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and presentation. Maintain high standards of food handling, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant flow. Communicate effectively with team members to address guest needs promptly and professionally. Support food preparation tasks as needed to ensure smooth service operations. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and food safety protocols. Experience working in banquet settings or large-scale events is a plus. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Knowledge of hospitality standards, including serving techniques and food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience in hotel or culinary settings can enhance your ability to excel in this role.
