In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements. Assist servers by clearing tables promptly and resetting them for new guests. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils. Support kitchen staff by delivering food orders and assisting with food handling as needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Help with catering events when required, providing excellent customer service throughout. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including knowledge of kitchen practices and food handling standards. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. A commitment to cleanliness and organization in all aspects of work. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not required.
