+ Bar is preparing to open in Mesa, Arizona, and we are looking for an exceptional team of hospitality professionals to join our opening team. Inspired by the history and spirit of Williams Field Air Force Base, The William will be a modern American chophouse featuring premium steaks and chops, seasonal ingredients, curated wines, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine Arizona hospitality. We are seeking top-tier Dining Room Servers who understand the standards of upscale dining and take genuine pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Position Overview The Dining Room Server is responsible for delivering a polished, knowledgeable, and highly personalized dining experience from the moment guests are seated through the completion of their meal. This position requires more than simply taking orders and delivering food. Our servers are expected to anticipate guest needs, understand the menu, guide the dining experience, and create genuine connections with our guests. The ideal candidate has proven experience in upscale, fine-dining, luxury hotel, or high-end steakhouse environments and understands the importance of timing, precision, product knowledge, presentation, and discretion. Upscale dining experience is required. Key Responsibilities Provide polished, professional, and highly attentive table service Create a warm and personalized experience for every guest Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food, ingredients, preparation methods, and menu offerings Possess strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and appropriate pairings Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations based on individual preferences Maintain awareness of timing and coordinate courses with the kitchen and service team Deliver food and beverages with proper presentation and attention to detail Anticipate guest needs rather than waiting to be asked Maintain impeccable table presentation throughout the dining experience Monitor guest satisfaction and respond appropriately to requests or concerns Communicate effectively with culinary, bar, host, and management teams Handle special occasions, VIP guests, dietary restrictions, and other special requests with professionalism Maintain knowledge of daily features, menu changes, wine selections, and restaurant offerings Accurately process guest checks and payments Follow all service, sanitation, alcohol-service, and restaurant operating standards Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented service environment What We Are Looking For We are looking for hospitality professionals—not order takers.
