Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience and throughout incoming calls for take out orders Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy Serve food and beverages promptly, including beer and wine selections, maintaining proper drink presentation and service standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Clear tables swiftly and bus tables to prepare for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards in line with sanitation protocols Assist in food handling and preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Maintain knowledge of menu offerings of Thai food including food specials to provide expert recommendations Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously Uphold food safety standards and sanitation regulations at all times to ensure a safe dining environment Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in sales processing Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Basic math skills for bill calculations and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards required for responsible food handling Experience in bussing tables or supporting host/hostess duties is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable moments for guests through outstanding service!
