Restaurant Host/To-Go Server

• We are seeking a Host/Cashier to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities
• Manage Restaurant To-Go Business and earn gratuities on top of hourly wage
• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS
• Assist with take-out orders and ensure accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station
• Collaborate with the service team to enhance guest experience
• Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling reservations efficiently
