Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for a Banquet Server to join our team. The Banquet Server will be responsible for setting up banquet events, serving food and beverages to guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction during events.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet events according to the event plan. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests. Ensure the cleanliness and proper setup of event spaces. Communicate effectively with the event coordinator and kitchen staff. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages. Assist with cleaning and breakdown of the event space after the event. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
