Responsibilities Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Support food running duties by delivering prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, and storage spaces, following food safety standards Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely when moving supplies, equipment, or food items to prevent injuries Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or garnishing under supervision Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold hygiene standards and comply with health regulations Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and processing when required Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction Assist with banquet or special event setups by providing timely support for large groups or private functions Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments emphasizing guest interaction Knowledge of food handling safety practices and food safety regulations Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Previous experience supporting kitchen operations or banquet services is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and in-person guest services This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
