You will play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all guest requests are met. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests. Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with care. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure guest safety. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings is preferred. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences. Basic math skills for processing orders and handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction. Familiarity with kitchen operations and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Strong teamwork skills, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
