Quench - Taps & Tapas | Surprise, AZ We're a chef-driven tapas and cocktail restaurant focused on quality, experience, and flow. We're not a traditional restaurant—and we're not looking for a traditional server. We're looking for someone who can guide guests, manage multiple moving parts, and deliver a polished but approachable experience. What This Role Really Is This is not just taking orders.

You are:

Helping guests navigate the menu Managing pacing of service Recommending food and drink pairings Creating an experience—not just delivering plates What You'll Do Greet guests and guide them through the menu Take orders using handheld POS (Toast) Manage multiple tables with awareness and timing Communicate with kitchen and bar to keep flow smooth Deliver food and drinks with confidence and accuracy Recommend pairings and upsell naturally What We're Looking For Must be 21 years old Strong presence—confident, not pushy Ability to multitask and stay organized Awareness of timing (this is critical in a tapas concept) Comfortable talking about food and drinks Team-first mindset (no ego, no standing around) Reliable—no call/no show is not acceptable here Experience Serving experience preferred Wine/cocktail knowledge is a plus (we will train the right person) Schedule & Pay Part-time (evenings + weekends required) Hourly + tips (high earning potential) Why Work With Us Small, tight-knit team Elevated food and cocktail program Fast-paced but supportive environment Opportunity to grow into higher-level roles To Apply Reply with: Your availability A short note about your experience Why this role interests you
