Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages quickly and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Support kitchen staff with food running duties, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and service stations regularly Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies following safe lifting practices Buss tables efficiently by removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware without disrupting guest experience Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding to their needs promptly Qualifications Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with food handling and safety standards is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Knowledge of food safety protocols, food preparation, and general restaurant operations is desirable Prior banquet or hospitality experience can be beneficial but is not required Must be energetic, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to learn new skills, and ready to contribute to an energetic team dedicated to guest satisfaction!
