Job Description

Rancho de los Caballeros is seeking a reliable, vibrant, hospitality-driven Resort Pool Server to join our team. The Pool Server delivers exceptional food and beverage service to guests in cabanas and pool deck areas, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable vacation experience. They take orders, process payments, maintain cleanliness, and anticipate guest needs in an outdoor, fast-paced environment. The role requires physical stamina and a welcoming, professional attitude.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly, provide menu recommendations and check in regularly to ensure satisfaction. Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS System. Inspect food and beverage items to ensure proper presentation, quality, and accuracy. Assist guests with locating open lounge chairs or tables, arrange umbrellas, and ensure the pool deck and dining areas remain spotless. Clear tables, remove empty barware, and maintain cleanliness. Enforce pool rules and safety regulations. Performs opening, closing, and weekly duties. Including but not limited to; cleaning, stocking, and prepping.
Requirements:
Must meet the minimum age requirement for serving alcohol as set by state law. Physical ability to stand, walk, bending, and carry trays for extended periods. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to balance trays of drinks and food items.
