Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle food safety and sanitation standards diligently, including proper food handling and cleaning procedures Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing payments efficiently Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize table turnover Foster positive guest relations through excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns promptly Experience Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in a restaurant environment Strong time management skills to balance multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours Background in serving, host/hostess duties, or cashiering enhances your ability to excel in this role Knowledge of food industry standards related to food preparation, guest services, and upselling techniques Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest!
