This role leads enterprise-level digital marketing strategy with a focus on HCP CRM and corporate digital assets. The position drives cross-division programs, develops data-informed strategies, and ensures consistent execution across websites, platforms, and multi-channel initiatives. The role partners closely with marketing leaders, analytics teams, and external agencies to advance innovation, improve performance, and maintain enterprise digital standards. The Basics
Duration:
8-9 month assignment Hours per week: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
Location:
Onsite in Alameda, CA Top 3 Required Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 6+ years in a technology-driven digital marketing role Strong expertise in enterprise digital marketing systems, internet technologies, and multi-channel strategy execution Proven experience developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing programs, including SEO and CRM-focused initiatives Other Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or IT required MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience supporting highly regulated or complex enterprise environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer and marketplace insights into strategy Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of enterprise digital marketing strategies across websites, CRM, multimedia, and e-commerce platforms Drive cross-division and cross-site digital marketing initiatives that leverage shared capabilities and promote innovation Monitor consumer behavior and conduct marketing research to generate actionable insights Develop, manage, and optimize SEO programs to improve the overall value and performance of the online portfolio Manage short- and long-term marketing objectives, tactical plans, and multi-channel program execution Educate and collaborate with marketing teams and design agencies to advance digital best practices Analyze marketplace conditions, competitive intelligence, and digital opportunities to inform decision-making Define and enforce enterprise digital marketing policies and corporate brand standards across digital touchpoints Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve external digital positioning In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
