Communicate effectively and respectfully with rest of staff Support other servers with running food and drinks Looking for customers who need assistance outside of own section Supporting food runner and bussers, and (when appropriate) bartenders Maintaining stock of necessary supplies Maintain cleanliness throughout restaurant Maintaining clean uniform and personal hygiene Direct Duties Service tables ( Need to have bar experience) Deliver orders of food, drink, necessary preset/reset silverware, glasses & plates Clear finished plates, glasses Serve wine (opening presentation and pouring table side)
