Jun 15, 2026 Be an early applicant Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details We're looking for a server to join the family here at Betsy, Saturday/Sunday availability is a MUST - this position will be for 3-4 shifts a week Saturday through Wednesday. Job descriptions are below - that's the easy stuff. The important stuff is how we do what we do. We're a tight-knit team that looks out for each other, for the restaurant, for our guests, and our community. We lead with integrity and kindness in every area of our business. We have fun while we work hard and take our business seriously. We have the greatest guests in the world, and we're lucky to host this dinner party every night. Half of us swore off restaurants until we started working together. We don't do restaurant drama or gossip. We share stories, make memories, have dinner together before service, and pitch in on a wonderfully meaningful restaurant. Oh and we make good money as a byproduct of doing everything else. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining room and patio Share recommendations/stories about our menu & wine and the farmers we work with Be knowledgeable of possible modifications and allergens in each dish Keep the dining room looking organized and intentional Table maintenance for our guests, including resetting, clearing and crumbing Jump in where needed; host, food run, bus tables, etc. Collaborate with team to ensure smooth and timely service for all our guests Wine knowledge is a must and a passion for learning If you'd like to join us, please send a personal email and let us know a little about why.
