Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, wine pairings, cocktail recipes, and food safety standards Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating bills confidently Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
