Position Overview We are seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Servers to join our upscale fast casual dining team. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment while delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining strong attention to detail, and consistently executing established steps of service. Servers are expected to create a welcoming and elevated dining experience through professionalism, efficiency, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. Job Description Guest Service & Hospitality Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests while creating a positive and memorable dining experience. Maintain strong hospitality standards and consistently follow established steps of service. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests, concerns, and special accommodations. Build positive guest relationships through genuine engagement, menu knowledge, and personalized service. Service Execution Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation, accuracy, and quality standards are met. Monitor tables and guest needs throughout the dining experience while maintaining table awareness and urgency. Handle guest payments and transactions accurately and responsibly. Operational Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of dining areas, service stations, and side work assignments. Support team members and assist with overall restaurant operations during high-volume periods. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards at all times. Communicate effectively with kitchen, management, hosts, runners, bussers, and bartenders to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Teamwork & Professionalism Work collaboratively with all departments to maintain operational efficiency and service standards. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude in all interactions. Adapt quickly to changing business levels and operational needs. Requirements Experience Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume or upscale casual dining environment. Experience handling large sections and fast-paced service periods preferred. Hospitality & Service Skills Strong guest service and communication skills. Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and hospitality during busy service periods. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with attention to detail. Knowledge & Abilities Basic food, beverage, and menu knowledge preferred. Ability to learn and execute restaurant steps of service and operational procedures consistently. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Other Information Work Environment Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
