Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system (Toast) ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Manage reservations and guest seating using OpenTable or similar reservation systems to optimize table turnover Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to multitask efficiently with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols in the food industry Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members for seamless service delivery Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
