Part Time Associate

Job summary We are looking for a reliable part-time warehouse associate to help with daily shipping, returns processing, inventory counting, and labeling of products in our ecommerce operation. You will help make sure customer orders are packed accurately and on time, and that our inventory is organized, labeled correctly, and easy to find. Key responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment according to packing slips or pick lists. Print and apply shipping labels; ensure packages are labeled accurately and legibly. Inspect items for accuracy and damage before packing and shipping. Receive, unpack, and put away incoming inventory in the correct warehouse locations. Accurately label bins, shelves, and individual items as needed for organization and tracking.

Process customer returns:

inspect items, sort them to the correct location (restock, refurbish, or dispose), and update counts. Perform regular cycle counts and spot checks to help maintain accurate on‑hand inventory. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including breaking down boxes and disposing of packing materials. Use basic warehouse tools and equipment (carts, hand trucks, scanners, label printers, computers/tablets). Assist with other warehouse and office tasks related to order fulfillment as needed. Required qualifications and skills High school diploma or GED, or currently enrolled in high school. Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, retail, or ecommerce environment is helpful but not required. Able to lift, carry, and move boxes up to approximately 40-50 lbs safely. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for most of the shift. Basic computer skills and ability to learn simple shipping and inventory software tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when matching SKUs, quantities, and labels. Reliable, on time, and able to work independently and as part of a small team. Schedule and pay Part-time role; typical schedule of 15-25 hours per week. Shifts generally fall between Monday-Wed, 9 am - 4 pm and/or Saturday 9AM-2PM].

Hourly pay:
