Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including drink service, cocktail preparation, and food presentation in a casino atmosphere. Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; Build strong guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit. Skills Previous experience in food service environments like restaurants, fine dining establishments, nightclubs or casinos. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling procedures. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
