Job Overview To schedule and interview text 661-667-1091 We are hiring ASAP Join our team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant. Whether taking orders, serving food and beverages, or upselling specials, your enthusiasm will elevate the dining experience and foster guest loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of shifts Support food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently Foster positive guest relations through excellent communication and personalized service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing purposes Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required Must possess excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us as a Server and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
