Pit Stop Bar & Grill is looking for an experienced bartender/server who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing outstanding customer service. We are a locally owned, community-focused restaurant known for our safe environment, busy nights, live entertainment, karaoke, country nights, and loyal guests. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a great team, and earning excellent tips through exceptional service, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Work efficiently during high-volume service periods. Follow all California alcohol service laws and food safety procedures. Support fellow team members to ensure a positive guest experience. Qualifications Previous bartending and/or serving experience required. Ability to remain professional under pressure. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Current Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification, or ability to obtain before employment.
