Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our 356 Korean BBQ (KBBQ) restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our dining experience, guiding guests through interactive tabletop grilling while delivering exceptional hospitality. You will play a key role in creating a fun, fast-paced, and memorable dining atmosphere through attentive service, strong communication, and excellent food knowledge. Duties Greet guests warmly and introduce the KBBQ dining experience, including grill usage and menu guidance Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely and efficient service Assist guests with grilling meats and cooking items at the table while maintaining safety and food quality standards Upsell premium meats, seafood, drinks, and add-ons to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food, refill banchan (side dishes), and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized table setup Monitor table grills to ensure proper cooking, prevent burning, and support guest needs throughout the meal Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and grill stations, following strict sanitation and food safety standards Manage guest relations by responding to questions, resolving concerns quickly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support bussing, resetting tables, and assisting teammates to maintain smooth restaurant operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in KBBQ, Asian cuisine, or dining settings Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Basic math skills for handling bills, tips, and transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling of raw meats is a plus Comfortable assisting guests with tabletop grilling and explaining menu items Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and time management skills
