Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food and beverages. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Familiarity with POS systems. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective guest relations and teamwork.
