Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Previous experience with food industry standards including sanitation and food handling practices Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality meets energetic teamwork!
