Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Requirements Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Excellent customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and handle multiple tables simultaneously Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Previous experience with food industry tools like Food industry knowledge, Food preparation skills, and Guest services is highly desirable Open availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs mid-high level of Korean speaking skills
