Responsibilities Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing area. Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately. Assist the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service. Restock kitchen supplies, dishes, and utensils as needed. Empty trash and assist with general kitchen cleaning. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Help with opening, closing, and other assigned kitchen duties. Maintain a positive attitude and work well as part of a team. Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential. Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety procedures, and kitchen health standards is highly desirable. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shifts. Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that promotes teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Prior banquet, catering, hotel, or culinary experience is advantageous for those seeking to expand their hospitality expertise.
