Overview The Pool Server at Indian Springs is responsible for providing a safe, clean and friendly guest experience at the Pool while delivering efficient, high-level food and beverage service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This is a new Pool position as we implement poolside food & beverage service. Must be 21 years old in order to be able to serve alcohol. Responsibilities Check guests into pool area assigned to pool server, providing towel service, picking up soiled dishes and trays, removing debris, and adjusting umbrellas for guest comfort. Responsible to open and close pool facility and follow procedures set by management. Monitor pool with constant attention to all guests by circulating throughout all pool areas. Respond promptly and appropriately when rescue or first aid is necessary. Maintain awareness of Health Department standards and ensure readiness for inspections. Keep pool area, locker rooms, and restrooms clean, organized, and safe. Work directly with Manager to ensure pool cleanliness standards are maintained daily, including cleaning and storing towels, floats, and equipment. Follow and ensure pool/deck cleaning and maintenance schedules are completed. Communicate all maintenance or safety concerns to Manager in a timely manner. Provide warm, professional, and attentive guest service consistently. Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter in the POS system, and process payments Part times positions available. Wage is $16.90/hourly plus tips.
