Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is a plus Experience in guest services, serving, or host/hostess roles will be advantageous Knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and cash handling tasks accurately Prior experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is desirable Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver outstanding service in a lively environment!
