What you'll do Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in basic math calculations. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly. Basic qualifications Open availability is must. Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Preferred qualifications Experience with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus. Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial. Familiarity with fine dining service standards enhances your candidacy. Background in guest relations or hospitality will set you apart.
