Duties Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately. Handle cash register operations, process payments, and provide correct change. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, counters, and workstations. Stay busy during shifts by attending to customer needs and assisting team members as needed. Communicate clearly with team members in both English and Spanish to ensure smooth operations. Remain attentive to customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly. Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards while on duty. Stay off personal devices during work hours to focus on providing excellent service. Skills Prior food service experience is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with customers and team members. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to stay busy and engaged during shifts without distractions such as phone use or watching devices. Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
