Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling | Event-Based Work Now Hiring Banquet & Event Servers in North County San Diego! The Party Staff, Inc. is expanding our team in North County San Diego! With an increasing number of events in Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Escondido, San Marcos, and surrounding areas , we're looking for reliable, professional, and experienced Banquet & Event Servers to join our team. We provide hospitality staff for hotels, catering companies, corporate events, weddings, private parties, and more. Looking for additional hours? We also have opportunities throughout Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, and other San Diego locations for those willing to travel. Whether you're looking for a second job, extra income, or flexible work around your existing schedule, The Party Staff offers the opportunity to work a variety of events without committing to a traditional weekly schedule. What You'll Do As a Banquet & Event Server, you'll work at a variety of venues and events, providing professional food and beverage service.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up banquet rooms, dining areas, and event spaces Providing plated meal service, buffet service, and passed appetizers Serving food and beverages to guests in a professional manner Clearing tables, bussing, and maintaining clean event spaces Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and cleanup Following client instructions and adapting to different service styles Working as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly Providing excellent customer service to guests and clients Scheduling & Availability Flexible scheduling

Must be available to work at least TWO Saturdays per month. Weekday, evening, and Sunday shifts may also be available. Events take place at various times, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. View available assignments and accept shifts that fit your schedule through our scheduling system. Opportunities throughout North County, with additional shifts available in other San Diego communities.

Important:

This is an event-based position. Hours and shifts are not guaranteed and will vary depending on client demand, event schedules, and your availability. Greater availability generally provides more opportunities to work. Qualifications & Requirements Previous banquet serving, catering, restaurant serving, or hospitality experience preferred Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards Ability to carry serving trays and perform banquet service duties Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and a positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different event environments Reliable transportation to various event locations Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active throughout shifts Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be available for at least two Saturdays per month Pay & Benefits $20.00
