About the Role - Server Assistant at Pacific Point Lounge The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Server in serving the guest. This person must have goodmunication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. Some of the responsibilities include: Responsible for greeting and weing guests Understand customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions Communicate with all other server and colleagues efficiently and effectively Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the restaurant Wage Information The hourly rate for the position is $18.50. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment Refined verbal and writtenmunication skills Experience and thorough understanding of guest services Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred Must possess a professional presentation Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & writtenmunication skills Highly responsible and reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
