We're looking for people that are self sufficient and able to provide excellent service at a Japanese sushi restaurant Responsibilities Deliver prepared dishes from back-of-the-house to customers at front-of-the-house Comfortable cleaning tables once customers have finished their meal Greeting customers and making them feel generally welcomed Handling cash and operating the POS system Restocking canned beverages and alcohol in the fridge Requirements 21+ years of age Proficient in English Must be available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays Experience working in sushi restaurant Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is greatly appreciated, even better if previously worked at a sushi restaurant Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Comfortable operating in a relatively self sufficient manner
