The successful candidate will provide attentive beverage service, take orders accurately, deliver food and drinks promptly, maintain organized service areas, and create a welcoming and energetic experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a lively restaurant and bar environment, communicates professionally, and can provide attentive service during busy periods. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional beverage service Take cocktail, beverage, and food orders accurately Enter orders into the POS system and process payments when assigned Deliver cocktails, beverages, and food promptly and accurately Answer guest questions about beverages, menu items, and available options Monitor tables and service areas to anticipate guest needs Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service stations Clear and reset tables throughout service Restock beverages, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other service supplies Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, and other team members Follow responsible alcohol-service policies and applicable regulations Handle guest requests and concerns in a polite and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shift Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties Support the team during busy service periods and special events Perform additional duties assigned by restaurant management Requirements Previous cocktail serving, restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and restaurant service is a plus Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant and bar environment Good attention to detail and order accuracy Basic POS and payment-handling experience is a plus Ability to follow responsible alcohol-service and workplace safety procedures Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Competitive compensation Tips Flexible scheduling options On-the-job training Supportive and team-oriented work environment Employee dining or discount opportunities may be available Opportunities for professional growth and advancement About the Company Hamburger Mary's WeHo is a lively West Hollywood restaurant and entertainment venue focused on food, beverages, hospitality, and an energetic guest experience.
