Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Assist with food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to deliver quality dishes Manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems, ensuring smooth seating flow and guest relations Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards Support beverage service including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, and drink presentation Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with cocktail making, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service is desirable Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to process cash transactions accurately and handle cashiering duties confidently Experience with fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences Basic math skills for order calculations and transaction processing are essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment where your skills make a difference!
