• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
• Maintain knowledge of menu with the ability to make suggestions
• Know how to operate and pour beverages from the taps
• Assist patrons with selection of beer by explaining the tasting notes and make recommendations for food pairings
• Assist patrons with use of the food ordering kiosks
• Issue dining charges by verifying orders; calculating taxes; totaling bill
• Receive payments by validating credit charges; approving checks; accepting currency; calculating and issuing charges
• Provide table-side customer service as necessary
• Communicate effectively with back of house team members to meet guest needs
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
• Although not listed, other duties and tasks may be assigned during work shift

Pay:

From $17.75 per hour
