Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS system ensuring clear communication of guest preferences Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly to promote guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or high-volume settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Square, Aloha, etc. Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and food industry standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
