POS Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Position Overview:

As a FOH Server, you will be the face of our restaurant—welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring they enjoy a smooth, enjoyable dining experience. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a high standard of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Handle guest requests, complaints, or concerns with professionalism Process payments and balance transactions accurately Work as a team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant/server experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Alcohol Service Requirement This role includes the service of alcoholic beverages. Applicants must be legally eligible to serve alcohol in California and able to obtain and maintain the required Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification in accordance with state law.
