As a Server, you will play a key role in providing warm, memorable, and attentive service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to service excellence are essential to thrive in this role. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth. Accurately take food and beverage orders using OpenTable or similar systems. Ensure all food and beverages are served in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Handle guest payments with accuracy and integrity, following proper cash handling procedures. Respond to guest questions and concerns with grace and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience. Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely and high-quality service. Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge, service skills, and overall guest interaction. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
