Duties Safely handle and transport food items from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring timely delivery. Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and portioning to support kitchen staff. Buss tables by clearing dishes, glasses, and utensils efficiently to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort. Maintain cleanliness of work stations, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing. Support servers by delivering food orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS when needed. Follow safe manual handling practices during heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or equipment to prevent injury. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow and guest needs. Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with food handling and safety standards is a plus. Experience with food running, serving, or in banquet settings is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is beneficial.
