Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently delivered, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to a vibrant, memorable environment where hospitality thrives. Whether in fine dining or bustling nightlife settings, you'll be the key to making every guest feel valued and satisfied. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to sanitation standards for food safety Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, demonstrating culinary experience and food industry knowledge Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing and sales management Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or cashiering is highly desirable Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests!
