As Server, you'll be the heart of our guest experiences, guiding them through our signature menu (fried chicken & waffles, shrimp & grits, soulful pizzas, desserts) with warmth and soul—ensuring every visit welcomes and leaves guests "better than they arrived."   • Deliver exceptional, anticipatory service for all-day dining (breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner) and events, building connections and driving repeat visits.
  • Expertly recommend menu items, beverage pairings, and specials to boost sales and enhance soulful experiences.
  • Use Square POS/tech for accurate orders, upsells, and efficiencies to minimize errors and support incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for timely, consistent delivery while maintaining a positive, high-energy floor presence.
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards; assist with table setup/reset to ensure smooth operations.
  • Foster guest loyalty through personalized interactions, handling feedback with grace to exceed expectations. Requirements & Expectations
  • 2+ years serving in upscale/high-volume settings (soul/comfort preferred).
  • Passion for hospitality with strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Tech-savvy with POS systems; flexible shifts.
  • ServSafe or food handler certified.
  • Integrity, excellence, respect essential—team players passionate about community and transformative experiences. Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate:
    $18/hr. + tips.
