We are looking for a Food Runner to join our family, someone who enjoys working as a team with a passion for food & hospitality. You are responsible for helping with the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to… Ensure order quality and take food from the kitchen to its respective tables. Communicates to the service staff any requests or needs of the guest. Remove dishes, silverware, glassware and all other items when guests as guests are finished. Thoroughly clean and reset tables. Set up and restock service stations, tableware, glassware, ice and other items needed for service. Follows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant. Additional duties as assigned. Flexibility with scheduling, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays Bianca is a restaurant with a bakery offering a menu influenced by the owners' roots - Italian, Argentinean, French.
