Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and service Assist in food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all health regulations for food industry standards Build rapport with guests through excellent customer service and guest relations skills Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms like OpenTable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling beverages, spirits, wines, and menu items effectively Knowledge of cocktail mixing, beverage service, wine knowledge, and spirits experience Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail with math skills Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Basic food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety certifications preferred Experience with food preparation and kitchen support is a plus Strong communication skills combined with a positive attitude to foster team collaboration Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm fuels memorable dining experiences!
