Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast system Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation when needed and ensure all food handling complies with health regulations Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to sanitation protocols at all times Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and drink pairings based on guest preferences Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Shifts are Thursday night, flexibile on Fri- Sunday being morning or night. Pay is minimum wage plus tips can be anywhere from 150 - 300 a night on average. Shifts are 3-5 hours long on average. Requirements Bar experience and ability to cover bar shifts is a huge plus Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with Toast is a plus Strong knowledge of beer is not needed Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash securely Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating vibrant dining experiences where every guest feels valued!
